Nokia determines the best communications and information technology of mobile phones and it is multinational corporation that head quarter is in Finland. Nokia provides Internet services, including applications, games, music, media and messaging services, including free of charge digital map information and navigation services delivered through itself on its cell phones to public. Its Nokia Solutions and Networks that provides telecommunications network equipment and services to the whole world even someone is sit in the last corner of the world. It’s applications and features would be reached him easily because it is a worldwide company.

Nokia attains many of its goals easily in before 2008. After that Nokia suggested that the company should introduce smart phones to their users. Then Nokia introduced smart phone Lumia series in 2010 which contains windows 8 operating system in them. The most of their users don’t know how to use windows 8 operating system in cell phones then the users refused to Nokia because they don’t know how to use it. So they turned to android version of Samsung and other company’s smart phones that contains android operating system in them.

Now a days nokia introduced an android operating system “Nokia x” but it is not going well like other companies brand phones because they promotes themselves very excellent in their users mind.

Samsung is a South Korean multinational company that headquartered in Samsung Town, Seoul. It comprises numerous subsidiaries and affiliated businesses, most of them united under the samsung brand, and are the largest South Korean chaebol.
Samsung was introduced by Lee Byung Chul in 1938 as a trading company. He invented it as a trading company.  After that Over the next three decades the group diversified into areas including food processing, textiles, insurance, securities and retail. then Samsung decides to enter the electronics industry in the their company and late 1960s it enters the electronics industry in their company and as well as the construction and shipbuilding industries in the mid-1970s.  these areas would drive its subsequent growth. After Lee's death in 1987, Samsung was separated into four business groups that was Samsung Group, Shinsegae Group, CJ Group and Hansol Group. in 1990s Samsung has increasingly globalized its activities, and electronics, particularly mobile phones and semiconductors, have become its most important source of income.
In the beginning Samsung mobile phones didn't affect the mobile users and It was going down day by day. After that the company decides to introduce smart phones which contains android operating system and touch accessories in their phone models. So in that days Nokia also introduces smart phones with windows 8 operating system which users neglect and their wishes becomes Samsung android phones. So that Samsung achieves and make himself a world wide mobile phones company. After that it introduces its software like ice cream sandwich and after it introduces its new version jelly bean 4.2. and now it seems to hear that Samsung is going to introduce its new software Jelly bean 5.2 which increases its capability features and downloading speeds.
